Napa Lice Patrol: Napa Valley's Solution to Head Lice

Napa Lice Patrol is a Napa-based lice removal company owned and operated by Rebecca Fowler. Rebecca utilizes the Shepherds' Method of head lice and nit removal. She was trained by Martina Mitchell at Lice Patrol in San Francisco who is trained and certified in the Shepherds' Method of head lice removal. As a mother, Rebecca had to deal with head lice removal but was surprised to find little support, education, or reasonably-priced head lice treatments in the Napa area. This encouraged her to form Napa Lice Patrol. Napa Lice Patrol uses a non-toxic treatment for the removal of head lice.

What are Head Lice?

Head lice are tiny, six-legged, blood-sucking parasites. Each leg is equipped with a claw enabling the louse to grasp onto the shaft of the hair. They range in size from 2mm to 4mm, approximately the size of a sesame seed. They can vary in color from grayish white to reddish brown. Head lice, like chameleons, have the ability to adapt to their environment.
